Government
The Anasazi had a very loose government structure, it was organized into clans and governed by older clan leaders called Headmen. Each clan would choose a leader that would represent them at tribal meetings or village councils. Tribal leaders created a central location for trade, this was called the Chaco Canyon. Trading with other tribes was the main source for the Anasazi to get the items they needed for survival.
Housing
The Anasazi used the land for mostly everything they did. one thing being building houses, storage units, and places for religious rituals. At first, they built pits underground with stonework walls and sunken roofs. After time, they moved to making structures in cliff walls and building above ground homes. These newly built homes had even steadier roofs and structures for the sides. Then also built storage units above ground. The old pits were then used for places for religious rituals.
